We are an established Solar company driven by a group of passionate individuals to inspire sustainable living among Malaysians by reducing electricity bill commitment & creating a greener world via NEM Solar PV.

We are currently looking for a **Growth Marketer** to join our team!

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies (social media, SEO, SEM, email).
- Manage digital campaigns and optimize customer acquisition costs.
- Analyze campaign performance and market trends to improve outcomes.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support business strategy.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align and manage integrated campaigns.
- Translate complex strategies into actionable plans across departments.
- Adapt quickly to evolving market dynamics in the renewable energy sector.

**Requirements:**

- Hold a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in marketing.
- Familiarity in Digital Ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Working knowledge of digital marketing channels and analytics.
- Strong data-driven problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Ability to prioritize initiatives based on impact on revenue and company growth.
