### Job Description



**Location:** San Francisco, CA (in-person, 5 days a week)
**Compensation:** $150,000 - $225,000 per year, plus equity

Join an AI-native marketing automation platform as a Growth Marketer, helping scale go-to-market from the ground up as a key early GTM hire.

### What You'll Own



- Plan and execute field events and executive dinners that create high-quality pipeline
- Own paid acquisition across channels, running experiments to drive efficient growth
- Launch and manage webinar programs that educate prospects and generate demand
- Build and scale SEO presence to capture high-intent organic traffic
- Help shape growth collateral, tools, and systems as the company scales



### What You'll Bring

- Comfort running campaigns end-to-end, from ideation through execution
- Excitement for experimenting across channels and building pipeline from scratch
