About the Role

This is a founding growth marketing role at an early-stage AI/ML company, giving you the opportunity to build the growth function from the ground up. You'll sit at the intersection of product, marketing, and data — directly shaping how the company acquires and retains customers at scale. This role is critical to establishing the foundation for long-term, sustainable growth.

What You'll Do

- Own and execute the end-to-end growth strategy, spanning acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.
- Design, run, and analyze experiments across paid, organic, and product-led growth channels.
- Build and optimize marketing funnels, translating data into actionable insights and iterating quickly.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to identify and unlock growth levers within the product.
- Establish the metrics, tooling, and processes that will define the growth discipline as the team scales.

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in growth marketing, ideally at a high-growth tech or AI/ML company.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in A/B testing, funnel analysis, and growth modeling.
- Fluency across multiple growth channels — paid media, SEO/content, lifecycle, and product-led growth.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with a bias toward action and ownership.
- Experience working at or alongside companies in the enterprise software, SaaS, or AI/ML space is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders around a growth roadmap.

Compensation & Benefits

- **Salary:** $150,000 – $250,000 USD annually
- **Equity:** Founding team equity available
