For our client, we are seeking a Director Of Organic Growth - SEO | AEO | CRO (remote) to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will drive search and content-led growth initiatives that improve visibility, acquisition, and measurable demand. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 annually

**Responsibilities**

- Architect the vision and roadmap for organic growth channels
- Drive the integration of organic search with technical innovations and strategies
- Oversee continuous optimization of high-intent conversion pathways
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and alignment
- Build and mentor a high-performing organic growth team
- Track ROI and growth metrics to inform executive decision-making
- Develop compelling narratives from complex performance data for C-suite stakeholders

**Qualifications**

- 10+ years in organic search/SEO with a focus on measurable outcomes and strategic ownership
- 5+ years of leadership experience with a track record of team development
- 8+ years of expertise in technical SEO and AI-driven discovery methods
- Ability to thrive in an evolving landscape and establish new growth frameworks
- Experience with automation and AI for content optimization and experimentation
- Proven ability to build and execute a GTM strategy, defending it with data
- Strong technical knowledge of site architecture and metrics to collaborate with engineering teams
