**Job Title:** Digital Product Manager Analytics (Retail)
**Location:** Chicago, IL (Onsite Local candidates only)
**Employment Type:** W2 Only

**Job Summary:**
Seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager with strong analytics focus in the retail domain. This role will own end-to-end delivery of analytics products, driving data-driven decision-making and business value

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Own analytics product lifecycle, roadmap, and delivery outcomes
- Partner with business, data, and tech teams to define requirements and data models
- Identify data gaps, insights opportunities, and drive analytics initiatives
- Define success metrics, monitor performance, and ensure ROI
- Manage cross-functional teams and resolve risks impacting delivery
- Drive adoption of analytics solutions and improve decision-making

**Required Skills:**

- 8+ years of Product Management experience (Analytics-focused)
- Strong experience in Digital Retail (Mandatory)
- Expertise in data/analytics platforms, dashboards, and insights generation
- Experience working with Data Engineering, Data Science, and UX teams
- Strong stakeholder management and business analysis skills
