Translate market needs and business requirements into highly clear technical specifications and user experience briefs for internal design and development teams</span></span></span></span></div>

**Product Journey Optimisation:</span></span></b>

Drive the continuous improvement of automated digital onboarding, customer acquisition, and servicing workflows to outperform traditional banking models</span></span>
