**Job Purpose**

Reengineer existing processes and develop new ones based on business requirements, feedback, and analysis to improve efficiency, reduce TAT, and enhance customer experience.

 

**Key Responsibilities**

**Co-ordination for existing process understanding**

Reengineer processes based on business requirements and identify gaps; Coordinate with process teams to gather details and documentation; Visit branches and channels to understand workflows and gain firsthand experience; Refer RBI guidelines and internal portals for process insights.

**Maintain and Publish Process Dashboard**

Monitor and update business dashboards for managed processes; Prepare presentations and costing in collaboration with stakeholders.

**New Process Roll outs and feedback management**

Handover new processes to stakeholders for implementation; Support stakeholders with inputs for smooth execution; Coordinate with channels, IT, and verticals to resolve feedback and teething issues.

**Education:**

Graduate, Postgraduate preferred.
