As a Digital Marketing, Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and nurturing our digital client accounts, primarily local and regional dental practices. Your responsibilities will revolve around the support of digital strategies mainly, website development, SEO & PPC ensuring client satisfaction, and leveraging the latest technologies to drive growth. Objectives of this Role:
- Manage and nurture client accounts with a focus on driving measurable growth for their core business objectives.
- Strengthen client relationships through effective communication, strategy development, and results-driven digital campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with digital trends and technologies and contribute to the continuous improvement of our digital marketing services.
- Uphold high standards of client satisfaction and ensure the successful execution of digital campaigns.
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams to effectively deliver exceptional results for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Client Account Management: Oversee a portfolio of digital client accounts, serving as the main point of contact and advisor for digital strategies.
- Digital Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients and internal SME’s within our agency to define digital marketing objectives, develop strategic plans, and execute effective digital campaigns.
- Campaign Oversight: Ensure successful delivery and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., website development, SEO, PPC and paid social media ads) to achieve client goals.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze digital campaign performance data, provide insights, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Client Communication: Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients, providing regular updates on campaign progress and results.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve client inquiries and issues related to digital campaigns in a professional and timely manner.
- Documentation: Keep detailed records of client interactions, campaign strategies, website development efforts and campaign results.
- Tech Savvy: Stay current with digital marketing tools, trends, and emerging technologies, and identify opportunities to leverage them for client success.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, content, and analytics teams to deliver comprehensive digital solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, platforms, and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and meet client objectives.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Preferred Skills & Responsibilities:
- Prior experience in digital account management or digital marketing roles 2 years+.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and software (GA, GSC, Google Ads, Ahrefs etc).
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of current SEO & PPC principles, practices and trends
- Ability to collect, analyze and interpret relevant data to understand performance trends and how those impact our client’s business objectives
- Work with SEO, PPC and social media teams to optimize campaigns as needed
- Relevant certifications in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, etc.)
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS
