💰 $50–$85 per hour, depending on experience

I am supporting a leading global digital agency that is looking for an experienced Freelance SEO On-Page and Content Specialist to work on a major US residential home services account.

The brand operates across services including air conditioning, plumbing and electrical, so previous SEO experience within home services, local services or a similar multi-location business would be highly beneficial, although it is not essential.

This is a hands-on SEO role focused primarily on producing detailed content briefs and delivering actionable on-page recommendations.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲

• Producing detailed, SEO-led content briefs for new and existing website pages

• Conducting keyword research and identifying relevant search opportunities

• Mapping primary and secondary keywords against search intent

• Providing clear recommendations around page structure, headings, metadata and internal linking

• Reviewing existing content and identifying optimisation opportunities

• Delivering monthly on-page SEO recommendations across the website

• Analysing competitor content and identifying gaps within the current strategy

• Working closely with SEO, content and client teams to ensure briefs are clear, actionable and commercially relevant

• Supporting content designed to improve organic visibility across local and national search results

• Managing a high volume of briefs while maintaining consistency and quality

• Strong hands-on experience within SEO, with a clear focus on content and on-page optimisation

• Proven experience producing detailed SEO content briefs at scale

• Strong understanding of keyword research, search intent, internal linking and content structure

• Comfortable analysing existing pages and making clear, practical optimisation recommendations

• Able to work independently and manage a substantial monthly workload

• Strong written communication skills and excellent attention to detail

**• Reputable Agency background non-negotiable**

**• Must be based in the United States**

**• Available to begin within the next 2–4 weeks**

The contract will run through to the end of the year, with the potential for the engagement to continue depending on future requirements.
