**Compensation Range:** $30-34/hr W2

**Job Description:**
The AI SEO Specialist provides tactical support for organic optimization initiatives across traditional search engines, AI-driven search experiences, and local search platforms. This role focuses on technical SEO execution, reporting, performance analysis, and supporting multi-location clients with ongoing optimization efforts.

**Day-to-Day Responsibilities:**

- Perform technical SEO audits and identify optimization opportunities
- Support on-site SEO initiatives including metadata, internal linking, and content optimization
- Monitor and analyze search engine performance metrics across traditional and AI search environments
- Pull and interpret SEO data sets to support strategic recommendations and reporting
- Assist with client-ready reports and PowerPoint presentations
- Collaborate with strategists, developers, and content teams to support SEO best practices
- Support local SEO initiatives for multi-location clients
- Provide ongoing optimization support and performance tracking recommendations

**Requirements:**

- **Must-Haves:** - 1–3 years of SEO or digital marketing experience - Strong understanding of technical SEO concepts and auditing methodologies - Experience with local SEO and multi-location client environments - Proficiency with Google Analytics and Google Search Console - Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as SEMRush, Screaming Frog, Moz STAT, and similar platforms - Experience with on-page SEO best practices and search performance analysis - Ability to analyze SEO data and present actionable insights - Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills - Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams and clients
- **Nice-to-Haves:** - Experience with Profound or similar AI search visibility monitoring tools - Exposure to AI-native search optimization strategies - Experience supporting retail, performance marketing, or home services clients - Familiarity with Looker Studio or similar reporting platforms
