EyeTraffic Media is seeking an SEO Specialist with an understanding of SEO strategy, processes, back-end technology, and best practices. This is a strategic position where you will work closely with the client services and internal management teams to execute on SEO programs and to build a consultative relationship with clients. The SEO Specialist will be responsible for driving the success of the client’s SEO programs through strategy development, research, and reporting. This position is located in Arlington, VA. Local candidates only.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and execute client SEO programs and initiatives, including reporting against goals and KPIs for each client through EyeTraffic reporting templates.
• Run, process, and analyze progress reports for clients and internal managers.
• Keyword Research to drive content development strategies.
• Research and recommend new SEO/SEM strategies.
• Manage any internal and external SEO resources.
• Analyze client website architecture and navigational structure for increased ranking.
• Manage and develop SEO strategies and internal SEO-based operations.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of SEO experience demonstrating ability to increase rankings.
• Ability to create great working relationships within all levels in the company and across multiple tactical disciplines.
• Experience with data driven SEO analysis and familiarity with tracking/reporting tools.
• Knowledge of SEO tools, blogs and online publications.
• Experience working directly with clients; giving presentations and handling negotiation and pricing conversations preferred.
• Advanced Excel Skills are a must. HTML/CSS/PHP knowledge desired.
• Metrics-driven approach to solving issues and taking advantage of opportunities, working knowledge of Google Analytics preferred.
• Familiarity with XML site map submission.
• Attention to detail and coordination/project management skills/team management skills.
