Reply! Inc., the leading online marketplace for locally-targeted advertising, seeks to hire a VP of SEO. This person will be a core member of the product team, working closely with company executives. The primary focus of the role is to help connect consumers with our network of 1.6 million local businesses.
Responsibilities Include:
- On-site analysis -- work with the Product and Engineering teams to audit new and existing pages and features for traffic-generating opportunities
- SEO opportunity analysis -- identify and execute new opportunities for improving high-quality organic search engine traffic
- Continually measure and evaluate effectiveness of various tactics in order to rapidly iterate and improve results
- Maintain updated data reporting for company's key performance indicators
- Conduct data analysis for early-identification of risks, opportunities for growth, and decision support
Qualifications:
- Quantitative background and experience -- you like numbers, playing with them, and get excited when you learn new things from them. A solid understanding of statistics is a big plus.
- Deep knowledge of Excel and modeling
- Significant experience with SEO (5+years) & Web Analytics are required
- Experience optimizing large sites with millions of pages
- Experience managing SEO campaigns across a portfolio of sites
- Engrained in the SEO community
- You are extremely organized and pay attention to detail
- We are a startup, so a willingness and excitement to work very hard is a must
